Some businesses choose to run their own payroll, bookkeeping and accounts using Xero. Cloud-based accounting makes things simpler in many ways but, even so, there are a few pitfalls and some tricks of the trade that it helps to know.
I use Xero for many different types of business so I have a good understanding of how to set things up for maximum efficiency, how to migrate data from other accounting systems, and where some of those rarely used functions are lurking in the software.
